Quick Help:
The Technology Support Center is the place to start when you need technology help. You can contact the TSC:
- By phone: 941-4357
- By email: techsupport@scranton.edu
- Using Footprints: tsc.scranton.edu
- On Twitter: @scrantontsc
- On Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/uofstechsupportcenter
For best results:
- Make a call yourself rather than asking a department administrative assistant to put in a ticket for you – the TSC has a much easier time when they can talk directly to the person who experienced the problem.
- Don’t assume that a problem has already been reported – please report any classroom issues so that OIT will know where support is needed!
- If you’re calling from a classroom, make sure you know the room number.
Other campus resources:
