The Technology Support Center is the place to start when you need technology help.  You can contact the TSC:

For best results:

  • Make a call yourself rather than asking a department administrative assistant to put in a ticket for you – the TSC has a much easier time when they can talk directly to the person who experienced the problem.
  • Don’t assume that a problem has already been reported – please report any classroom issues so that OIT will know where support is needed!
  • If you’re calling from a classroom, make sure you know the room number.
