Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/\">https:\/\/zoom.us\/<\/a> to set up your account.<\/p>\n<p>Free accounts consist of the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>40-minute time limit<\/strong> on meetings with 3 or more participants<\/li>\n<li>Unlimited number of meetings<\/li>\n<li>100 participants maximum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Will your meeting exceed 40 minutes?<\/h3>\n<p>The University has an agreement with Zoom allowing licensed users to conduct web conferences. Our agreement provides users with the ability to have meetings with up to 300 users for unlimited minutes.<\/p>\n<p>The Division of Information Technology has an account that can be used pending availability. To request the use of this account, please enter an <em>Event Technology Request <\/em>(log into My.Scranton, on the <em>HOME<\/em> tab select <em>Royal IT Support<\/em>. The <em>Event Technology Request<\/em> form is on the bottom left).
