The chat is staffed by University of Scranton Librarians during the following hours: <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.library.scranton.edu\/c.php?g=1012126&amp;p=7434008\">Remote Services Schedule<\/a>. Outside of those hours, coverage is provided by Librarians not affiliated with the University of Scranton. You can also call <strong>570-941-4000<\/strong> to talk with a University of Scranton Librarian during our Remote Service Hours, or email\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:askalibrarian@scranton.edu\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\">askalibrarian@scranton.edu<\/a>at any time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Research consultations<\/strong> are still being offered and can be scheduled by using the Ask a Librarian chat box or by contacting your <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/infolit\/liaisons.shtml\">library liaison<\/a> <\/strong>directly by email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ILLiad (InterLibrary Loan)<\/strong> service is available for requesting articles, but some requests may not be filled due to our lending partners operating with limited staffing and resources. For Illiad questions\/concerns please email <a href=\"https:\/\/d.docs.live.net\/16ec71b666c67d6f\/Documents\/interlibrary-loan@scranton.edu.\">interlibrary-loan@scranton.edu.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>The lending of physical materials, including from the <strong>library\u2019s collection<\/strong>, <strong>remote storage<\/strong>, and <strong>PALCI EZ-Borrow <\/strong>is suspended and unavailable until further notice.<\/li>\n<li>The library has a large collection of e-books, e-journals, and streaming media. Please see our <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.library.scranton.edu\/c.php?g=1012126&amp;p=7362233\">Guide to Online Library Resources<\/a>.
