{"id":1430,"date":"2010-01-05T11:37:55","date_gmt":"2010-01-05T15:37:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wmlinfospot.wordpress.com\/?p=1430"},"modified":"2016-07-20T16:11:20","modified_gmt":"2016-07-20T20:11:20","slug":"system-outage-jan-7-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.scranton.edu\/library\/2010\/01\/05\/system-outage-jan-7-13\/","title":{"rendered":"System outage, Jan 7-13"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/academic.scranton.edu\/department\/helpdesk\/\" target=\"_blank\">Technology Support Center<\/a> has announced that, due to an upgrade of the University&#8217;s enterprise resource planning system (called BANNER), <strong>several University of Scranton systems will be unavailable from 4:30pm on January 7th through 8:30am on January 13th<\/strong>.\u00a0 These systems include Self Service (UIS), web registration, course schedules, grades, transcripts, account and financial aid information, and the University Course Schedule.
