Look for the purple \u201cResearch Librarian on call\u201d signs to locate a librarian available for drop-in research assistance. <strong>Research consultations<\/strong> can be scheduled by using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/ask-librarian.shtml\"><strong>Ask a Librarian<\/strong><\/a> chat box or by contacting your <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/infolit\/liaisons.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">subject liaison librarian<\/span><\/b><\/a> directly by email.<\/p>\n<p>To find resources, such as books, journals, and media, use Royal Search on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/index.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Library\u2019s home page<\/span><\/b><\/a>. The Library\u2019s large collection of eBooks, electronic journals, and streaming media is available 24\/7. To access the Library\u2019s online content, you must first authenticate through <strong>my.scranton.edu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/guides.library.scranton.edu\/interlibrary-loan\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Interlibrary Loan (ILL)<\/span><\/b><\/a> service is available for requesting books and articles not currently accessible at our Library. For ILL questions or concerns, please email <a href=\"mailto:interlibrary-loan@scranton.edu\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">interlibrary-loan@scranton.edu<\/span><\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The staff at the <strong>Library Services Desk<\/strong> on the first floor can help you borrow and return print materials and laptops. You can also pick up items on reserve, books placed on hold, and interlibrary loan materials. In the lobby area in front of the Library Services Desk you will find <strong>New Books<\/strong> recently added to our collection and our <strong>Recreational Reading Collection<\/strong> which offers a variety of new and popular fiction and nonfiction.<\/p>\n<p>The Weinberg Memorial Library has five floors and offers a variety of spaces to support your study and research needs including computer workstations, individual study space, group study rooms, quiet study areas, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/our-building\/heritage-room.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Charles Kratz Scranton Heritage Room<\/span><\/b><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Library\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/our-building\/pro-deo-room.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Pro Deo Room<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/reilly-learning-commons\/index.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Reilly Learning Commons<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/our-building\/second-floor.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">2nd floor<\/span><\/b><\/a><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/our-building\/third-floor.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">3rd floor<\/span><\/b><\/a>\u00a0remain accessible to students 24 hours a day when campus is open and include printing stations, quiet study space, group study rooms, and lab computers.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/reilly-learning-commons\/index.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Reilly Learning Commons<\/span><\/b><\/a> (RLC), located on the first floor, is a collaborative space with access to computers, video and audio recording rooms, and <a href=\"https:\/\/groupstudy.library.scranton.edu\/reserve\/floor_1\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">reservable<\/span><\/b><\/a> group study rooms equipped with whiteboards and monitors.<\/p>\n<p>Our Media and Game Collections are located on the third floor within the Media Lounge. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/our-building\/third-floor.shtml\"><strong>Media Lounge<\/strong><\/a> is an open space with lounge seating for individual study, booths for collaborative learning, and a reservable Media Viewing Room. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/media\/index.shtml\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">EdLab Collection<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span> located within the Media Lounge space, consists of children\u2019s literature, K-12 textbooks, and materials useful for student teaching. Students may borrow Audiobooks, DVDs, Music CDs, Board games, and EdLab Collection materials for five (5) days.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/digitalservices.scranton.edu\/digital\/custom\/what-we-do\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">The University of Scranton Archives and McHugh Family Special Collections<\/span><\/b><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">,<\/span> located on the fourth floor, collects, preserves, and provides access to rare materials and historical documents of significance to the community and The University of Scranton.
