We&#8217;ve been working hard all month long to update, improve, maintain, and increase our Library resources and services, both in person and virtual. \u00a0We&#8217;ll be posting more detailed announcements throughout the month, but here&#8217;s a sneak peek at what&#8217;s coming your way in Spring 2012:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thousands of <a href=\"http:\/\/wmlinfospot.wordpress.com\/2012\/01\/25\/alexander-street-press-vast-collection-is-available\/\" target=\"_blank\">new streaming media titles<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/m.scranton.edu\/academics\/wml\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">Mobile access<\/a> to Library resources<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/encoreforlibraries.com\/products\/#es\">Combined book and database search<\/a> in our <a href=\"http:\/\/encore.scranton.edu\/iii\/encore\/home?lang=eng\">catalog<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Better <a href=\"http:\/\/encoreforlibraries.com\/2012\/01\/19\/social-networking-for-libraries-encore-release-5\/\">social features<\/a> in our catalog (so you can like or share our resources)<\/li>\n<li>A major facelift for our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scranton.edu\/library\/digitalcollections\" target=\"_blank\">digital collections<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Thin client computing in our computer labs<\/li>\n<li>Lots of unique events for our students and faculty &#8211; from our <a href=\"http:\/\/wmlinfospot.wordpress.com\/2011\/04\/27\/earth-week-2011-wrap-up-and-review\/\" target=\"_blank\">Earth Week Environmental Art Show<\/a> to our <a href=\"http:\/\/wmlinfospot.wordpress.com\/tag\/technology-on-your-own-terms\/\" target=\"_blank\">Technology on Your Own Terms workshops<\/a> to the <a href=\"http:\/\/wmlinfospot.wordpress.com\/2012\/01\/09\/schemel-forum-spring-2012-schedule\/\" target=\"_blank\">Schemel Forum&#8217;s courses, luncheons, and trip<\/a><\/li>\n<li>A new home, a new look, and a new name for this <a href=\"http:\/\/wmlinfospot.wordpress.com\" target=\"_blank\">blog<\/a> (can you believe it&#8217;s almost 4 years old?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We&#8217;re excited to have everyone back on campus (even if it means we have to fight for parking spaces again), so stop by anytime to say hi!
