Dr. DiMattio is seeking research participants for her IRB-approved, qualitative study on bedside nursing. Anyone who has worked at the hospital bedside in med-surg or stepdown for the past 5-7 years (does not have to have been with the same employer) and chooses to stay in that setting for the foreseeable future is eligible.
