{"id":1035,"date":"2011-03-24T14:27:15","date_gmt":"2011-03-24T18:27:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.scranton.edu\/tag\/?p=1035"},"modified":"2011-03-24T14:27:15","modified_gmt":"2011-03-24T18:27:15","slug":"academic-technology-plan-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sites.scranton.edu\/tag\/2011\/03\/24\/academic-technology-plan-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Academic Technology Plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday, the Deans&#8217; Group held a half-day retreat to discuss the idea of writing an Academic Technology Plan for the next five years.\u00a0 Members of TAG were invited to assist in the formation of the plan. \u00a0Many thanks to those who were able to attend, and thanks as well to the Deans&#8217; Group for including us!<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m posting my <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.scranton.edu\/tag\/files\/2011\/03\/technologyplanretreatnotes.pdf\">notes from the retreat<\/a> (in PDF format) for review by any interested faculty members &#8211; please let us know what you think, particularly about the <strong>draft<\/strong> vision statement and goals.<\/p>\n<p>The next step is for the Provost&#8217;s office to start writing up an actual draft of the plan.
