If there are any further issues, please report them to the help desk.<\/p>\n<p>my.scranton.edu is currently unavailable.  At this time, TAG has no information as to the nature of the downtime, but it was first noticed at about 8AM.  The HelpDesk is aware of the issue, and the portal will be up as soon as possible, but there is no estimate at the present time.
