Drs Roy Domenico and Robert Shaffern led twenty-two intrepid students of the University of Scranton on their biannual visit to Italy, June 2-27. The group first toured Pompeii and Naples, then spent a week in Rome, where they saw the Colosseum, St. Peter’s and the Forum, among other sites. They also visited Florence, Assisi and Venice. The tour wrapped up with visits to Milan and beautiful Lake Orta, in the foothills of the Alps.
