Casting is complete for the upcoming production of The Importance of Being Earnest. Written by Oscar Wilde, directed by Guest Artist Jennifer Rhoads in her Royal Theatre/University Players debut, features Dan Mauro (John”Jack” Worthing), Conor Hurley (Alernon Moncrieff), Brian Lenahan (Rev. Chasuble), Nic Gangone (Merriman), James Pennington (Lane), Cillian Byrne (Lady Bracknell), Megan Lasky (Gwendolen Fairfax), Ali Basalyga (Cecily Cardew) and Victoria Kusy (Miss Prism). Bri Kelley will serve as Producion Stage Manager, Rich Larsen will provide scenery and lighting designs and Guest Artist Janice Tellier will design costumes. Performances are April 29, 30, May 1, 6-8, 2016 in the Royal Theatre. Friday and Saturday performances begin at 8PM and Sunday Matinee performances begin at 2PM.
