Has your Royal Card expired?

Are you aware that you need a new Royal Card every four years? Please take a moment to verify that your card is still valid by reviewing the date on the front of your card.

We suggest that you visit the Technology Support Center to obtain a replacement card a few weeks before the expiration date (your card will be inactive if it expires). Please note that a new photograph must be taken before issuing you a new card.

The Technology Support Center is located on the first floor of Alumni Memorial Hall. Royal Card hours are as follows:

  • Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: noon to 8 p.m.

Please note that the Technology Support Center will be closed for Thanksgiving (from November 22 to 24).
