The post upgrade color printing issues occurring in Uniprint have been resolved and the work-around posted yesterday is no longer needed.

There is a temporary issue with printing color items through the mobile app and uploading to the Pharos Print Center. To print in color, please open the item you need to print in color on one of the lab computers. Use the print option in that application to select the color printer and click on print. You may use the mobile app or the print center to release the job.

On Monday, May 22, from 8am to 4pm, there will be no patron printing. During this time the Uniprint system will be down so an upgrade can be applied. Please plan accordingly.

The PALCI/E-Z Borrow system is back up and ready for use.

On Tuesday, May 9th from 6am to 10am, the PALCI/E-Z Borrow system will be unavailable for use due to a maintenance update. During the outage, an “Under Maintenance” message will posted, neither the discovery layer nor access to patron accounts will be available.

Starting at 11am the Uniprint printing system will be offline to all for some system updates to be installed. The process should take an hour and improve functionality.

The upgrade to the library system has been postponed until after the New Year.

The first floor of the library is scheduled for a network upgrade on Wednesday, 08/03/2022 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. During this time period, phones and computers on those floors will have no network connectivity. If your office is on the first floor please plan to work without computer access most of the day Wednesday.

On Friday, July 22, from 9am- 12:00pm, there will be an interruption of network and phone service to allow for necessary maintenance. The maintenance is scheduled to start on the 4th floor and work downward ending on the 2nd floor.

The upgrade of the library’s software has been completed and all services are functioning as normal.
