The library software upgrade will be completed today, June 15th starting at 9am.

At this time the library systems are running, but to complete the upgrade there may be a future service disruption.

Due to a necessary upgrade, there will be a disruption of library services and the online public catalog starting today, June 13th at 10am.

Due to the power outage that happened today, the Pharos printing is down within the library. Signage has been posted. The library is working with IT and Networking are working to fix the problem.

The PALCI E-Z Borrow system will migrate their backend software from Relais to ReShare on August 12th. The software will bring more options and flexibility to the processing staff-side of the system. The landing and search pages will have new clean look while providing the same services to patrons. The upgrade of ILLiad is complete and the interlibrary loan service is back up and running.

On June 3, 2021, the ILLiad Interlibrary Loan Service will upgraded. The system will not be available in the morning so that an upgrade to the software can be applied.

On Monday, November 30th, the library will migrate to a new single sign on application. Limited downtime is expected, but users may experience some issues when accessing online resources from our catalog or accessing information about their library account.

Please note that the issue listed below has been corrected.

We are working to correct an issue created from a recent upgrade where almost any item in the catalog maybe placed on hold. Please note that your holds will through, and notification of pick up will be sent, but please be advised that certain items that are not holdable will not be placed on hold.

The upgrade to the ILLiad service has been completed and access has been restored.
